I am an Associate Professor in Computational and Experimental Neuroscience at TU Graz, Austria. Within less than five years, I fulfilled the tenure-track requirements. In the past, I received an Academy of Finland Postdoctoral Fellowship for the project “Simulation of local calcium dynamics in human single cell astrocytes and neuron-astrocyte networks” (2018-2021).

I am interested in computational modelling and analysis of calcium signalling in single astrocytes and neuron-astrocyte networks. Moreover, I investigate RNA-Seq data from hiPSC-derived neurons and astrocytes.
